We begin our journey in the picturesque village of Carrbridge. Famous for its 18th-century packhorse bridge – the oldest in the Highlands – this wee village is steeped in history. Take a moment to admire the bridge’s weathered stones, shaped by centuries of wind and water, and snap a photo of this iconic Highland landmark.

From here, we travel to Grantown-on-Spey, a charming Highland town nestled in the heart of whisky country. This is the perfect spot to soak in some traditional Scottish hospitality before we continue our adventure.

Next, we make our way to Aviemore, a bustling hub for outdoor enthusiasts, where the towering mountains serve as a stunning backdrop to our journey.

Our first big stop is the magnificent Cairngorm Mountain. This walk will take us through a breathtaking landscape of ancient Caledonian pine forests, heather-clad moors, and glistening lochs.
